Frequently asked questions

What's included?

One PupSpa bath hammock: a pink mesh bed with leg holes, a safety strap and a foldable steel frame.

How big is it?

PupSpa measures 23.6 x 13 x 15.7 in (60 x 33 x 40 cm) when open, so it fits in most bathtubs and shower trays. It folds flat in seconds and is light enough to carry and store anywhere.

Which dogs is it for?

PupSpa is made for small dogs up to 33 lb (15 kg): Toy and Mini Poodles, Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Maltese, Shih Tzus, Pomeranians, Cavapoos, Bichons, Mini Dachshunds and similar breeds. It's especially helpful for puppies, nervous pups that try to escape the tub, and senior dogs who need extra support.

What colors are available?

PupSpa comes in two colors: pink and blue. Same size, same quality and same comfy mesh, so just pick the one you love most.

Will my dog stay calm?

The mesh holds their body with their legs through the holes, so they feel supported instead of slipping. Most pups relax within minutes.

How do I use it?

Unfold it in your tub or shower, place your pup in with one leg through each hole, fasten the strap and wash.

Is it easy to store?

Yes. The frame folds flat, so it fits under the sink or behind a door.

Does your pup shake every time it's bath day?

The slipping, the splashing, the escape attempts. Bath time turns into a wrestling match, and your baby looks at you like you're the bad guy.

90-day money-back guarantee

Try PupSpa for 90 days. If your pup doesn't love it, you get every dollar back.

Holding them still is making it worse

Kneeling over the tub, one hand on a squirming dog, water everywhere. Every bath ends with a soaked bathroom, a sore back and a pup who dreads the next one.

With PupSpa, bath time feels like a spa day

Its soft mesh hammock gently holds your dog at a comfortable height, paws through the holes, so they relax instead of slipping and you wash them standing up. Calm pup, dry you, done in minutes.

I love it, and it has a beautiful color.

Everything arrived in good order; my little dog is delighted, and bath time is now comfortable. I recommend it for very small dogs.
